Matthew Mokanyk, P.S., P.E., CFedS, President

Matthew received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Land Surveying.  Matthew oversees operations throughout the entire Midwest.  Matthew is a Licensed Professional Engineer in thirty states and a Licensed Professional Surveyor in three states as well as a Certified Federal Surveyor. 

Peter Prokop, C.S.T., Field Services Manager

Peter earned multiple degrees including Bachelor of Science in Geography, Planning, Conservation and History.  Peter is the Field Services Manager as well as a Project Manager.  Peter is also the point of contact for thousands of wireless projects throughout the nation.

Darren Graham, P.E., Development Manager

Darren received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is the Development Manager.   Darren has worked on many large civil projects including regional shopping malls and mixed-use PUDs. Darren is also an expert in municipal engineering including road, water, sanitary sewer, pump stations, and storm sewer projects.  

Tyling Simmons, Sales/Marketing

Tyling attended Ferris State University.  She supervises all marketing and sales efforts in the Midwest region.  Tyling is also the only female softball player to ever hit a ball over the co-ed fence at the Traverse City Civic Center.

John Urbain, P.E.  Development Manager (Corporate Office )

John obtained his Engineering degree from Michigan Tech.  He majored in Geotechnical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Sciences.  John is the Landtech IT manager as well, having supreme knowledge of all things digital.

Ramsey Hengartner, CAD Manager

Ramsey is our CAD Manager.  Ramsey has designed over 5,000 tower sites throughout the nation.  He has developed A&E drawing standards for nearly every major wireless carrier in the United States. 

Chad Lautner, C.S.T.2, Rooftop Sites Manager

Chad is our Rooftop Sites Manager.  Chad has designed over 1000 rooftop telecom sites throughout the nation.  He has developed A&E rooftop drawings for nearly every major wireless carrier in the United States.
